Margo Elaine Johnson

Margo Elaine Johnson, 64, of Janesville passed away Sunday, July 24, 2011 at HospiceCare, Inc. in Fitchburg, WI. Margo was born in Tampa, FL on March 8, 1947, the daughter of Clovis and Marion Louise Flynn. She graduated from Chamberlain High School in Tampa and from Tampa College. Prior to moving to Janesville in 2009, Margo was Director of Welcoming and Service at Bethlehem Lutheran Church in Aberdeen, SD. She married Marlow O. Johnson on August 12, 2009. Margo was a member of St. John Lutheran Church where she was a member of the choir.

Surviving are her husband, Marlow Johnson, five children, Jay (Andrea) Cotham, Ronald (Elaine) Johnson, Ross (Christi) Johnson, Marty (Leslie) Johnson, Peter (Stacy Broyier) Johnson, six grandchildren and her father, Clovis Flynn. She is preceded in death by her mother and her brother, Milton Flynn.

A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Friday, July 29, 2011 at St. John Lutheran Church, 302 N. Parker Drive, Janesville with Pastor Bond Haldeman officiating. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. Friday until the time of services at the church. Memorials may be made to the St. John Lutheran Church Youth Scholarship Fund or HospiceCare, Inc.
